Very clean and spacious. No complaints about the property, would consider staying here again. Definately a budget option, but bigger rooms than many other expensive hotels. Only downside during my stay were the messy/noisy guest on my floor. Not really the hotels fault thought.

The room I’ve got is facing straight to a local house which is a bit slump, so close that I’m fear someone can get into my balcony. The cleaning needs to be improved as hair left around from the previous guest even on the bedsheets. I thus asked the manager to change room and the other one is better however they feel that I’m a little too demanding. Well, I just ask for basic cleanliness and as a guesthouse provider I believe it’s the minimum standard to achieve. Hope the operator can improve

Very good hostel, clean rooms, cheap prices and quiet location make this hostel a little gem in Ratchada. Parking spaces are limited to 6 spaces, it is recommended to contact reception or arrive by taxi. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the main road.

I checked in at 2 am but the owner is still available for me. Really nice talk and services. The room is clean and new. The price is affordable. Not really far from the main road but a bit long way by walk. This hotel is like a secret treasury in the new China Town. It is the same brand with Popcorn hotel located at the opposite side. I will definitely come back.

Less than 10 minutes to metro and famous Night Market. Ten metres from reception is small store where you can also wash and dry your loundry. Staff is nice and smiling all the time. Great deal for the money.

Gorgeous new building, room was beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. Check-in is easy, laundry on premises, street outside is not noisy/busy. Laundry on premises for a slightly discounted rate, near shopping center/restaurants and MRT. Would definitely stay again! Great value.

The Building and the room are all brand New. The hotel is located in a really quiet Soi and it's only a few minutes walk to ratchada train market
